Nature of this site

The site is an informational catalog of KODACT's services and products. No online payment takes place here; adding items to the cart or sending a request is a contact / quotation request only — not a contract of sale.

Prices & availability

Displayed prices are indicative and may change without notice; a missing price means quote-on-request. Actual availability, the final price and the warranty are all confirmed in the official quotation we send you.

We work hard to keep specifications accurate, but unintentional errors can occur; the final specifications are those stated in the quotation.

Warranty

Hardware (new, refurbished and used) is sold with the warranty stated per product in the official quotation. Warranty does not cover misuse or damage from external factors.

Intellectual property

Content and logos on this site belong to KODACT or their respective owners. Product names and trademarks (such as Dell, HPE, Cisco) belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. KODACT is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website itself; supply and installation engagements are governed by their own separate contracts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
