Who we are

KODACT Integrated Solutions is an Egyptian company based in Cairo. This policy explains what data we collect through kodact.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact & quote forms: your name, company (optional), phone number, email (optional), the product/service of interest and your message.

Shopping cart: stored only in your browser (localStorage); nothing is sent to us until you press the WhatsApp send button yourself.

Visit statistics: a simple self-hosted counter records the page visited and the time — with no tracking cookies and no personal identifiers.

How we use it

We use request data to reply to you, prepare your quotation and follow up by phone, WhatsApp or email. Nothing else.

We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing. Form messages may pass through trusted infrastructure providers (our database and a mail-relay service) strictly to operate the service.

Storage & security

Requests are stored in a database protected by strict access controls (Row-Level Security); only authorised admin staff can read them.

The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Your rights
